Nominations
If you desire to engage with other leaders in a transformational experience, we invite you to apply. All applicants must be nominated in order to receive an application. Corporate, peer, and self-nominations are welcome. Nominations can be submitted year-round. To be nominated for the Class of 2026, please click the button below.

Applications for the Class of 2026 will be sent in December 2024 and due in January 2025. If you desire to engage with other emerging leaders in a transformational experience, we invite you to apply. All applicants must be nominated in order to receive an application. Corporate, peer, and self-nominations are welcome.
To be eligible for LEAD, you must be between the ages of 27-34 (must be no younger than 27 or no older than 34 by September 1, 2025).
